1. Nature of Services

EduLog Global provides education consultancy and administrative support services related to international study opportunities. We are not a university, embassy, or immigration authority.

2. No Guarantee Policy

EduLog Global does not guarantee:

  • Admission to any institution
     • Visa approval
     • Scholarships or financial aid
     • Employment or immigration outcomes

Final decisions are made solely by universities, embassies, and government authorities.

3. Accuracy of Information

Students must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation. Submission of false or manipulated documents may result in service termination without refund.

4. Service Fees & Payments

  • Consultancy or service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
     • Third-party fees including university application fees, visa fees, and embassy charges are separate and payable directly to respective authorities.
     • EduLog Global is not responsible for fee changes imposed by third-party institutions.

5. Document Responsibility

EduLog Global assists in reviewing and organizing documents but does not take responsibility for document authenticity. Verification responsibility remains with the student.

6. Service Limitations

Our service is limited to guidance and administrative assistance. We do not provide legal immigration advice or representation.

7. Communication

Students must maintain regular communication and provide requested documents within deadlines. Failure to do so may delay or cancel application processes.

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be governed strictly by written agreement or service contract. No verbal commitment shall be considered binding.

9. Liability Limitation

EduLog Global shall not be liable for:

  • Visa refusal
     • University rejection
     • Changes in immigration policies
     • Academic or employment outcomes abroad
     • Financial losses related to third-party institutions

10. Termination of Service

EduLog Global reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • False information is provided
     • Payment terms are violated
     • Student fails to cooperate in the application process

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
